Outbound Telesales Advisors

Outbound Sales - Who do we need?
We want to extend our team to work on a brand new project and are looking for the best telesales team out there who are up for a challenge, used to smashing targets and reaping the rewards! Successful outbound telesales experience is essential for you to hit the ground running, you’ll possess a great personality and telephone manner and want to make the difference to every call. Although not necessary, if you have travel industry experience, this will be an added bonus! Multi-tasking, accuracy and taking ownership of your success will be second nature to you with the ability to use Excel and search the 'net for your next sale.

Fed up with late nights and weekend?
This project operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with the possibility of overtime. This role is temporary and if you're successfull this will be extended and we don't like to let fantastic performing people go as we begin to work on new campaigns.

Salary: £19,000 OTE

Inbound Team - Who do we need?
We want to extend our team to work with one of the most prestigious client projects and are looking for the best advisors out there who can offer first time resolution and make a difference. Call centre or customer service experience is essential for you to hit the ground running, you'll possess a great personality and telephone manner on every call. Multi-tasking, accuracy and taking ownership of issues will be second nature to you with the ability to use Excel and search the 'net.

This project operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with the possibility of overtime. This role is temporary but we don't like to let fantastic performing people go as our contact centre expands into other projects.

Salary: £6.70 per hour including holiday pay
